Electric Eyes

The development of Electric Eyes is bound up along with GNOME, the GNU Project user environment. It was originally intended to be the default image viewer on the GNOME/Enlightenment desktop, although it does now have some limited image editing facilities. An example of the Electric Eyes interface, which is typically GNOMEish, is shown in Figure [*]

If you have GNOME installed then Electric Eye will likely also be installed. If you are working on a RedHat Linux box this is almost certainly the case.
