Add a constant offset to the Y-axis data

Add a constant offset to the Y-axis data.

This command is an ICL hidden procedure which uses the CCMATH application.

Usage:

yoffset offset

Parameters:

OFFSET = _REAL (Read)
The value of the Y-axis offset. []
