The following new applications have been added:
- CARPET

This is intended for the creation of carpet plots of images.
It forms a three-dimensional NDF from a two-dimensional NDF where
the original input axes are retained and the new third axis is
proportional to the data values or signal-to-noise ratios (provided
VARIANCE is present) of the input NDF.
