When using the ADAM parameter system (SG/4) RESET
qualifier to set parameters back to their default values (this
facility would be particularly useful for BOXFRAME, for
example), there will be no effect on parameters which get their values
from global parameters. Use the RESETPONGO command to
reset global parameters, or alternatively (somewhat drastically)
delete the GLOBAL.sdf file.
