GWM_SetScroll - Set offset offset

Description:

The GWM_x_offset and GWM_y_offset window properties are replaced by the new values.

Invocation:

status = GWM_SetScroll( display, win_id, xoffset, yoffset);

Arguments:

Display *display (given)

Display id

Window win_id (given)

Window id

int xoffset (given)

New window scroll offset in x

int yoffset (given)

New window scroll offset in y
